Ive decided to challenge myself this month to do 10,000 steps each day...I want to end 2015 strong!!! So far, so good. Ive also increased my water intake - partly because Ive had my headache meds upped, so its really important for me to make sure I drink lots of water, but its also a good excuse to just make sure Im drinking the water. My goal is to drink at least 72 oz every day. Again, so far so good! Hopefully both these measures will help prevent any holiday weight gain :)

Nov 28: 3,123 steps
Nov 29: 3,969 steps
Nov 30: 7,037 steps
Dec 1: 10,700 steps
Dec 2: 11,303 steps
Dec 3: 11,365 steps
Dec 4: 11,244 steps

- Finished Flash and Bones by Kathy Reichs, narrated by Linda Emond
