It seems that Im always late to jump onto certain bandwagons, but so be it...the latest ones Ive decided to jump on are the bullet journal and the KonMari organizing/decluttering method. Now that Im not working my day job anymore, I realized the planner I had is not as functional as I would like. I started looking into a few others and decided I really liked the idea of the bullet journal. I havent bought anything yet - Im just using an old notebook I have and playing around with different layouts. My goal is to find my style and comfort with this new system and be ready to go for Jan 1. As for the KonMari method, Ive been saying for a while that I desperately need to declutter and organize my house and so many people have raved about this method that I went out and bought the book this morning. Im going to take my time, read the book and really try to apply the tips/techniques that she offers. I hope it works.
